How to install FPSS?

How to install FPSS?

Am I going to need a T fitting or anything to do this properly?
Where should the FPSS be installed?

It should have a manifold of some kind, and it would be attached at the front of the drivers side fuel rail, on the test port.

It didn't come w/anything. It's NOS part# 15686

Don't put it on too tight or you'll need a new fuel rail
