Ok I'm thinking about ditching my zex box before I even get it installed. I originally was going to install a MSD 3 stage retard, a MSD window switch(one with pills) and the zex dry kit with purge. Also have a older style NOS remote bottle opener and NX bottle heater.

Well now I'm thinking instead of that whole mess I would use everything from the zex kit minus the zex box. Would this be hard to do? Could I use a nitrous solinoid from anybody? I'm thinking of running the FJO controller, but I don't know much about it, does this one have a WOT switch?fjo
It seems this would help me keep the 10 bolt alive and then I wouldn't have to wire in all these extra boxes. Also can the LT1 PCM be programmed to take timing out when the nitrous is activated? Any ideas/thoughts/opinons would be appreciated. Thanks. Oh yeah I think I want a newer type of bottle opener also, who makes the most affordable one of those? The older style NOS one you still have to open the bottle correct?

I'm looking for a nitrous controller that is progessive, has a wot switch and window switch built in. Still wondering about timing retard options also, I don't think I like what I read about the 3 stage retard in the instructions. Can I have the PCM programmed to retard timing when using nitrous? Need help. Going to be a dry setup also, should I use a NOS or a NX solinoid?
Still need opinions on a remote bottle opener also.
