Default 5 LBS of N20 Enough to Dyno 2-3 runs??

Have a 10 LB NX Bottle. Going to Tune my car NA and on the Laughing GAS tomorrow morning. Have a NX Dual Nozzle for my 01 heads/Can Vette.

I weighed my bottle and have 5 lbs left. Is that enought to dyno it 2-3 times? I think the place might have nitrous so if that is so I am cool. I am not going to hook it up tonight if allI am going to do is unhook it tomorrow to fill it.

Just curious???

You could give a try and see if it tapers off on you or not. What kind of shot are we talking? Personally I like to refill my bottles at the 3-4 lb. range, I'm sure I waste a little but I like to keep the consistency. If your going to being working on a good tune, I would want a slap full bottle.

yep, your right. I just hope they have nitrous. I will fill it up!

I am going to a new place that is why I am not sure if they have n2O, but MY BUDDY that I have known forever is tuning it, he has tuned approx 300-400 cars in Texas.

Now he doesn't tune anymore and sold his LS1 Edit to this shop. He is using HP Tuners and just tweaking my car since I got a new tranny and smaller tc (SS3600)

Dont waist your time.. Go with a full bottle. With only 5lbs your pressure drop off will be to quick. Not a great way to chack the tunning.

Dave is right. On our setup we use 2 1/2 -3 LBS per pass. Trying to get a clean pass out of the 4-5Lbs that is left? Just won't happen. We wind up with a 200Psi pressure drop over a ten second period. We have tried starting every where from 900-1,150 starting pressure and the drop is still there

So now we take 6 full bottle for racing
