One of those, "How much" questions
I'm no where close to spraying yet as I think I have alot of chassie work to do next spring to get what I have N/A mvoing to its max. Car is a 76 vega notchback. Not sure its exacy weight but I think I will be under 3000 lbs
Motor is a W2W stroker and all I know from the build is in my sig. Do you think my pistons will determine my spray limit when i get ready to start pushing it. If they arn't N2O specific pistons what do people usually throw at them max? And I know I will inquire to W2W when its time but I also would like other input.

Dude people have put 250 shots on our stock hyper pistons. As long as your pistons are forged you can spray all day. Your motor could take some big shots of spray. I say 300-400 shots.
What its all about for you is the tune. If you have a horrible tune you can still break the internals verty easily. If you have a good tune, that motor can take some big shots with no problems at all.
Also if you use a progressive controller or dual stage nitrous setup you can spray even bigger shots without the added abuse on the internals.
Talk to Robert56, he has sprayed a 235 dry shot on his stock internal engine. he runs dual stage.

Sounds like this could sustain my addiction for speed for a while. Even though I won't spray until I get it rolling N/A as fast as I can get it I still need to think about my winter parts list. I'm a total fan of progressive controls so I guess Ill think about a possible direct port for next year.
