What is your bottle pressure?
What is your airfuel?
How is your bottle mounted in the car?
What plugs and what gap?
Are you running a fuel pressure safety switch?

Adding to that, have you checked the nitrous inlet screen (filter)? If not, please do and consider investing in a dedicated nitrous filter.
If you have a FPSS and your fuel pressure is 58psi, then adjust it/bypass it.

I know alittle about the car, lol

We also think it might be spaying through the shift, kinda like it flashing up there then shifting, but no more testing since that was the last pass for the day.
