I decided to make my own. I got the switches from Nitro Dave. I like it cause it retains the stock function of the panel. Now all I gotta do is get my kit in from HSW & wire it all up. I can wait.
Amber is bottle heater
Green is system activiation
Red is purge

Not a whole lot of real estate there, you did fine with the area given for sure.
I looked at this with a TCS switch and all I came up with was a small plate with labels (Arm/Heater) for two switches that you still had to drill through the factory piece like you did. Could do three switch like you did, but you lose the real estate for the labels
So whats the point of adding the plate, better to do what you did
Looks good (although I agree the factory grey would blend in better), and you did not have hack up a $90 console; if you take the system out to sell the car, its just a $10-20 panel you can readily get from GM.
