Yea it might rob fuel. Here's a better way to insure that fuel gets equal distribution. See the bottom line coming into the tee, then equal to each noid. Then the feed line coming into the tee you could use an adapter/fitting like the gauge is screwed into in the pic below for your FPSS.

would this work? running fuel noids inline or would 1 noid rob fuel from the other.

mock up showing rail then 1st noid, then 2nd noid then pressure sending unit.
