Default progresive controler

Hey guys just wondering how the progresive controlers work, i know what they do but to just put a % of nitrous does it just open the solenoid a percentage or how does it work.

Screen shot from Maximizer II:

At 3000 RPM, the solenoids will pulse just enough so that 10% (of whatever jet I put in there) gets through to the nozzle. At 3600, 15%; at 4400, 33%; at 5200, 60%, and at 6000, 100%. I don't have to use f(x) = x² for my curve, it could be linear too...or choppy. It could go backwards, for those who have a large turbo and use nitrous to help with spooling.

Does that help answer your question?

I have a FJO and love it. You can ramp up based on rpm or time. Bunch of other neat functions too.

It pulses the noid. There is no way to just partially open the noid so the controller can pulse it at different speeds to control the total output.
