NX Parts List I'm about to take the big plung. I want to install nitrous, but I want it clean and as safe as possible. Below is my planned parts list. For those of you who have aleady been there, what am I missing or recommendations.

NXL 20220 Kit - Saw lots of bad posts about this kit years ago. I'm hoping they have it fixed now.

PN: 18959 Window Switch
PN: 15961 WOT Switch
DynoTune Two Stage RPM Window/TPS Switch - Maybe replace the prior two line items with this single unit?
PN: 15940 Bottle Warmer
PN: SPEED00010 Accumulator (If I find I need it after testing)
PN: 15601 Dual Vent Purge Kit
PN: 15940 3-Switch Control Panel
I'm open to recommended replacement parts to these I listed but I'm pretty stuck on the NXL kit because of it's clean design. What do you think?

I can't find that kit number on their website but if these aren't included:

Things that are nice to have also:
a/f gauge
fuel pressure gauge
Best thing is to talk to the guys there (and check some of the other forum vendors here) for your particular setup. They KNOW what you need and what you should consider.

LOL, I guess I left out some critical information!
M6 2000 TA w/Borla exhaust, Bassani headers, G2 intake, K&N filter, SLP MAF, and 3.73 moser gears.
Since this is my daily driver, i'm not looking to stay near 100 shot.

The NXL is a very nice kit but is overkill for a 100 shot, unless you plan on going bigger later. We can get you a pretty good deal on all the parts listed for your build.
Another option would be the timing tuner...it can pull timing as well as control TPS and window switch functions.

If you have those mods on already, you've probably reprogrammed too??? Make sure you get the engine program back to stock. Programmers advance the timing and that's a big no-no. Rule of thumb is -2 d for every 50 hp OVER 125.

I didn't consider 100 as "big nitrous". The 20220 kit for the LS1 runs 80, 120, 180 pills.
When you say overkill for 100 shot, I assume you are referring to the price. I am as interested in a clean look as I am in performance. I've seen some of the nitrous installs at the track I go to. While they are very affective, they look like a mess under the hood.
Maybe I'm showing my ignorance (I'm here to learn), but is pulling timing an important part of using nitrous?

Thanks for the heads up Todd. I loaded the Hypertech III program to change my gear ratio when I installed the 3.73. I don't know if it included a timing change. God forbid, i'll have to read the manual on the Hypertech to find out.
I'm a network technician by profession, and reading the manual is always the last thing we do! 
If you let the programmer just run (ie, push YES to install) then it did advance the timing. If so, you need to let it program back the stock settings and start over. (grab a beer, it takes f o r e v e r). Plug it in, turn key to ON but don't start, it will ask you "return to stock programming" (or something like that), YES. let it finish.
Plug it in, turn key to ON but don't start... push NO when it askes to install.. then it will go through each step. Answer NO to "install engine management". Run through the rest and make sure the gearing is still set for your 3.73.

Thanks. I'll be sure to put the reprogram on my to do list when I do my nitrous install. Yes, it is S.L.O.W....... I think my Microwave has more processing power than the Hypertech. I'll grab my bourbon, it makes the time pass better than beer.

If you are interested in being as safe as you can be, give serious consideration to FJO's 2 channel wideband. You can choose the air fuel ratios and if it gets richer or leaner than you choose it closes the solenoids. Great peace of mind. I would not spray with out it.
It is not cheap but it has a built in window switch and TPS so you don't have to buy them extra. Their tech support is great.

WOW that FJO is a nice piece of hardware, but I'm not sure I can afford it along with everything else I'm looking at. But after I review my other costs, maybe I can replace the window switch and bottle opener.

If you subtract the window switch and TPS price you would have to pay it is not as expensive as you think. Also you can safely avoid the cost of dyno time when getting the jetting right. But if it ever saves your motor once it will be the cheapest thing you ever bought for your nitrous set up.

BTW - I looking at adding the Maximizer II and FJO Wideband AFR controller as an added component to my install. Opinions?
