Default thinking of spraying, how to get started

Don’t know anything about it I just know I’d like a little more power. What’s the best system for about another 100hp, are they hard to install, what’s the cost, do I need another tune? I don’t have a clue.

They aren't too difficult to install, if you can follow directions they are pretty easy. You may need to pull some timing out if they advanced it for your heads/cam tune. You could go wither wet or dry, if you have the stock injectors still you might max them out if you decide to go with a dry kit, so you may have to upgrade to a larger set. Go with the usually safety stuff (1 step colder plugs like a set of NGK TR6 plugs, a RPM window switch, and a bottle heater) and you should be good to go. Take a look at our Sudden Impact line of nitrous kits:

Let me know if you have any questions.

Thanks,
Matt

Installing any nitrous system is pretty straight forward. Just read the instructions first, and start with a smaller setting. If you have never sprayed before; even a 100hp shot can get yur attention really quick. costing well depend on what type of sytsem you go with. Wet, DRY, maf, etc. For your car I like the look and performance of our 1pc maf set up. I think it looks like it belongs with the car. Here is a link for the instructions.1pc. instructions.
for saftey items a window switch is a must. There are serveral out on the market, I like the digital ones.
Take your time have fun and Good luck with you purchases.

You have a sweet looking ride there.... Something that sweet deserves the best.
I would suggest the nitrous outlet plate kit.
The best design on the market and looks as sexy as your car... With this system it just bolts on...

Here is a old link with some info.
https://ls1tech.com/forums/nitrous-oxide/457612-nothing-compares-our-plate.html

If you wanted to go Dry.
We offer a dual nozzle dry kit that would be perfect for your application.

Since your car is a drive by wire I would suggest using our dual windowswitch with built in TPS.
http://www.nitrousoutlet.com/catalog...product_id=964

If you wanted a full package with out alot of headache our Gruop 3 in the specials we just had was very popular.

Group 3
Our Custom plate system...
Your choice of stock, 90mm or LS2.
billet plate,o-ring gasket, throttle extention bracket, jetting from 50-200,10lb bottle with high flow valve,300 hp lifetime warrenty solenoids with purge port desighn, all mounting hard ware, hoses and fittings..etc

Automatic bottle heater, purge, fuel pressure safety switch, nitrous pressure gauge, NHRA valve and blow down tube.

Our custom Digital Window switch with built in TPS and any gear lock out feature. (will controll 2 stages)

NGK TR6 Spark plugs...

Special price 1,075

AS for the tech questions I aggree with Matt.
You will more than likely need some timming removed since you have a custom tune already. Change to NGK TR6 plugs(included in special).

Im not real sure what injectors the 05s have. You may need some injectors if going dry. You may also need to upgrade the fuel pump wet or dry.

Let me know if you have any tech questions i can help with.

Here is some good reading to introduce the merits of wet vs dry
Colonels Tech Files
We carry the NX MAF kit, which is the cleanest look out there, and it does perform as advertised.
We have a plate kit also form CF. Both in this link.
Nitrous Direct MAF kit and Plate kit
Then we have the PRO Dry kit, which is probably the biggest vette selling kit. Also the Pro wet dual nozzle kit. Both in link below.
Nitrous Direct PRO Dry and PRO Wet kits
And a write up on the Pro Dry
PRO Dry Thread
Check my sig times out for insight on what a dry hit can safely do for your Vette, and this is all stock longblock. I like to run the products and style of kit I preach. If you have any questions let me know.

I forgot to mention, all of our CF kits come with an install DVD, which can be viewed on our home page. Also in the links section of my web is other install videos for insight.
