Question Need help

I run a 150 shot plate system on my 327 I have run 3 or 4 bottles through it and it worked perfect. I took the car on a long cruise (Hot day 95 plus) car ran a liitle hot 240 or so. Next time i went to use the NOS car fell flat on its face, thought maybe i over heated the nos solenoid so i replaced it and refilled the bottle, same result. It seems to work for about a second or two then falls flat. any ideas? I miss my bottle, my wife says im addicted...

Do you know what your bottle pressure was? And what solenoids do you have?
If the pressure is too high some N20 solenoids won't open.

I have had the exact problem that Vinny stated. When my small noids became hot from under hood temps, and I was running a higher pressure than the noids were speced to, they would quit working, or just spew a bit. But, everytime I checked them when cold, they were fine.

ok, so no one really gets my humor.

In my business, we use tons of relays & valves (it's what we do.. aerospace stuff). They are spec'd for given temps. In "over-temp" situations, they can fail. They also fail in "over-pressure" situations. Not saying this is, or could be your problem, just saying that it DOES happen.
