Expect to pay anywhere from $3.50-5.50 a pound.

The place that I go to has chill the bottle for 1-2 hours, is it the same everywhere else?

i think it was 5.50 per lb here the other week. I dont have it YET. However if you have got a good set up and use it the right way. It is worth every penny.

If your refill place actually has a pump, their is no real reason to chill it. The only reason I would chill is if someone brought a bottle in at like 1,200psi.

You yanks have it good. The best I can find around here is $7.50/lb
