I dont understand the function of the stand alone system. Is it only used for race gas to spray on in conjunction with the main fuel system?

its to take the added stress off the engines fuel system.
The N20 gets its fuel from the standalone.
Alot of people run 93 or so in the main tank and 110+ in the n20 system for added safety..
