What's the Main Killer?
Hmmmm, I think my plan is starting to come together. Next said his won't come with sensors. What kind of O2 do I need and what's the average cost? I am getting quite excited about this. Makes me feel alot better about running the jug on my car.

I got my stuff from Dave @ Nitrous Outlet. Does his set up come with the gauge?
You will love the peace of mind you get with this unit when spraying. I have an LED in my pod that is wired to the solenoids. I can see exactly when the solenoids have power and when they do not. The unit has shut the nitrous down for being beyond the AFR paramenters I set and I never saw the AFR get out of range on the guage. Things happen so fast you cannot catch it by watching the guage. Don't get me wrong. the guage is great for seeing what the AFR is doing but the FJO samples many times a second and there is no way you can react that fast. I have mine set where if it is out of range for more than .3 seconds it shuts the nitrous down.
Also you can put the control unit most any where you want because it is weather proof. I wanted mine inside though. I put it under the pass. seat. It is out of site but easy to get to. I did have to get longer 02 leads though. The ones it comes with are 4 ft. long. I bought 2-8 ft. ones. But I did not know you can hook the 4 ft. ones together and make an 8 ft., one from two 4 ft. ones. If you need longer ones let me know. I have the two 4 ft. ones that are brand new.

So will a stuck open nitrous solenoid (one thing the FJO will not save you from). But if you have a good nitrous filter and have good quality solenoids and do preventive maintenance on the solenoids this is a very rare occurance.
Well, I picked up next's FJO wideband setup. It should be on it's way todayor tomorrow. Now I just need to get my heads, decide on a cam and pick up a nitrous kit... Well and a fuel pump and a few safety items as well.
