NX Ricky, Dave or Jeremy...nitrous/fuel issue.
Ok, helping a friend with his Carb nitrous setup as follows:
Fox Body Mustang
Stock Tank
Aeromotive A1000 pump
-10 Main fuel line
Aero Y block with 2ea. -8's out.
1x -8 to FPR for carb & returns to stock feed line
1x -8 to FPR for NX Nitrous kit, returns to stock feed line
Stock Feed line filter has been removed with hose in place, and intank pump assembly gutted.
Issue: Start the car, check FP, both carb and nitrous maintain good pressure. Shut the car off, and it will not restart UNLESS we crack a return line, or feed line. When the line is cracked you can hear a gurgling, retighten and cranks and starts no problem.
Aeromotive thinks the return line is messing up the nitrous side, and that it doesnt need a return on the low pressure nitrous side.
Unfortunately the car is in Ohio and I'm trying to help my buddy over the net/phone with this, so thats about all I can do for now. I'm thinking there is a restriction in the return line, either pinched hose (replaced the filter with rubber hose) or the intank fuel module (however Ford has there system run, might be a intank regulator or something overlooked).
