max shot through -4an and -6an i have a -4an HSW single nozzel kit now, plan on going to a 250-300 shot, next year
plan on keeping their kit on my car using a 100 shot, and a 150 or 200 shot behind it
i think im going to do a DP, but as of now i want to run 2 10 bottles and 6an from both into a y and one 6an line up front then split it into both stanges
is -4an good enough to 250-300?

single -4 an yes. we have found with a -4 an y block(2 stages) it limits you to ~ 250 rwhp we have put 500 shot threw my -6 yblock. -6 is good for a bit.
the size of the shot is not the only reason to go with a bigger line. it helps the n20 from changing phases. keeping it colder and denser
A straight shot -4an can supply over 400hp. I am currently spraying 250rwhp with two bottles y-ed into a -4an and no limit in sight. If you have a lot of 90* fittings and such that will limit over all hp expected. If you are going -6an then splitting to two hits at -4an you should be fine at your levels.

The general rule is 250. However the shorter it is the more it will support. While saying it can support 400hp may have some truth to it you will not be getting the full potential out of the nitrous system
