what is the most i can spray on a ls2 with flycut pistons i want to spray a 150 shot but i want it to be safe

How much you going to flycut I guess would be a good question? Mine is .085" and I have a 100 shot and going to 150 shot still to go. Just waiting on some more tuning.

From what I have heard, whatever the bottom end can handle. But, I am no expert and I am a N(-)(-)B to Nitrous....

You will break the ringlands before you burn through the crown on a flycut piston. Spray whatever you would without flycutting as the weak link is the top ringland in a stock piston, not the crown where you are taking material out of.
