the fastest safe way ive seen a bottle heated FAST is with hot water.
as for on-car heaters... if they're you're sole heating method, you should have them warming up the bottle so far in advance, that what brand (or exact wattage) doesnt matter anyway....
if you're trying to cut it so close that a 250 or whatever heater cant do it, then your 300 isnt going to have it warm enough either.
