85hp and 324tq on a 150 shot, not sure on this one? Usually when you have an abnormally high torque to hp it will show running real rich. This must be an old dyno?
If it was set up more like below, relative (torque/hp) to each other, then you could read some things better, like power under the curve? dyno crapped out, but you can see at 5200rpm where the hp takes over the torque.
Maybe post this in the dyno section, as there are guys around that do this for a living.

my guess is when it went lean, the motor knocked and pulled timing.

As for the massive Tq spike and rapid falloff...seems excessive.
If I where you...I would richen up the fuel jet a bit....tighten your plug gap quite a bit...and give it another shot. With 700+ rwtq I would definately try to pull some timing as well. I would guess there is some detonation going on at 700+ rwtq on full timing with pump gas. I think detonation is the surging you see in the first part of the graph.
Hell..you may have toasted some plugs. id pull em and check em.
