Ive got a yank PT4400 stall, and im really thinking about puttin my car on the dope once i get a cam and rod bolt. What would you say would be a safe size shot and not blow past the shift extensions

 

You should be more than fine, As long as the car can spin past 6k. As for the shot it all depends on the motor and fuel system, coupled with tune.

I'm installing a PTC 3700 stall next month and I'm planning a 100-Dry shot. I'll post times later or if I blow it up.

MODS: 1998 Formula A4, 2.73.....lid/LM2/ported TB....F-in' slow compared to 1/2 the guys on this board.

 

well i plan on spinning it between 7000-7200. Do you think a 150 shot would be too much?

 

i have a vig 4200stall with a 200 shot and i spin around 6700rpm.

 

JoeSS what kind of time are you running on and off the bottle

 

I have sprayed a 250 shot on a 4200 stall up to 7k rpms but might go lower stall for the 400 shot.

i have a 4400 stall (th400) and sprayed about a 200 shot last time. went through the traps without even triggering the shift light 6700. i shift at 6800-6900. with 3.73 gears its fine
