Sorry about asking this quesion, I couldn't find anything about it in the search. Why is a 2 stage easier on a motor than a single stage? I heard something about it makes cylinder pressure lower but how is that if they both hit at the same time? I was planning on running a wet and dry 2 stage on my car doing a 200 shot with both stages. What is better to run more dry or more wet? Again sorry about all the stupid quesions
. Thanks
. Thanks Breaks up the torque spike.
Say 200 shot at once the engine/drivetrain takes the hit all at once.
Now Spray 100 @ 3000 RPM and an 100 @ 4000 RPM and the engine/drivetrain does not see the 200 hit at once, the spike is broken up into managable 100 hits.
This is also the advantage of using progressive controllers.
