Default Plug Change Interval

Just like the title says, how often do you guys change your plugs? I'm running a 100 shot and TR6's BTW. Thanks!

You should probably check your plugs periodically after spraying to see what they look like as far as your tune goes. If you daily drive the car, the plugs will need to be changed more often than stock due to the cooler heat range and lack of platinum tips. With headers it's not bad anyways. Do them every second oil change (6K) if you do them yourself. If you are paying someone to change them, try going 9K with them, save some cash.

Every season with the oil change, around 1k miles on the car every season, mostly racing/hard driving. Can't be to safe.

Before I noticed my TR-6's would go for about 6k miles before performance started to drop pretty good.
