THe BD tube is in case of an accident, the nitrous gas is escaped outside the car instead of filling the cabin. It's needed to stay NHRA legal.
The bottle warmer keeps the bottle pressure up as the ammount of n2o in the bottle decreases. After a long run the bottle will cool down to a point where the wartmer helps build the pressures back up. Think of it like air duster. When you use it the can gets cold and the pressures drop. IF you warm it back up, like sticking it under your arm... the pressure comes back.

You need a blowdown tube at the track for tech, what it does is vents the nitrous out of the car instead of in the cabin in case the bottle pressure safety disc blows from pressure being too high. You need it when the bollte is located in the cabin. A bottle warmer is a must to maintain bottle pressure, especially after back to back runs.

If you can buy the bottle warmer now do it. In cold days you will not regret having one. Hot days worthless / unless you get the one from NX that keeps it warm or cold

BD tube is only necessary to stay track legal...other than that its just a safety measure to vent nitrous outside of your car incase of some emergency.
A bottle warmer is necessary for consistancy in your runs.
