2 stage dry & wet - pull timing?

2 stage dry & wet - pull timing? I am putting in a two stage system. The first stage is Dry (125 shot) and the second stage is Wet (100 shot). I understand that the MAF will pull timing (if needed) on the Dry stage. Do you need to pull additional timing for the 2nd stage (Wet)?
