i have heard of people running 200 to 250 shots on stock blocks. you need a good tune and fuel system mods to do it.

look through the thread listings, there were 3 or 4 threads on this within the last week.

From the reading I was doing yesterday, I think the consensus is 450-500 for the stock pump. Of course if your running a wet shot, it would benefit more to get a bigger pump, and a dry shot would benefit more from larger injectors.

I run a 150 shot with stock fuel system, stock head, stock internals. However I have not dynoed mine on the bottle and there was a test done recently by Mrr23 on LS1.com regarding this and once you hit certain level you arent getting the full potential of the nitrous kit and may get less power than you think out of the nitrous kit. All cars are differentbut mine has put through 200 lbs of nitrous in the last 15,000 miles and has 110,000 on the odometer right now

Currently 250rwhp, soon will be 285, on bone stock longblock. I did upsize the injectors and added a Racetronics pump. Over 200 passes and runs like a top.
