Default Where To Mount Zex Box

I know most of you are not fans of Zex but I got a good deal on a kit and also bought other companies safety switches and some gauges. Anyway where are you guys mounting the box with the noids in it? I am trying to hide it on a 96 TA but cannot seam to find enough flat, hidden surface. Pictures would help!

Dont Be Affraid Of Saying You Have " The Zex Kit "
I Use The Zex 125 Shot Combined With A 100 Dry Shot And People Around Here In South Florida Dont Put Down Zex Owners Anymore.

I actually mounted mine right on the fuel rail cover on the passenger side (I wasn't ashamed). Anyway, with the LS1 plate kit, the lines flowed naturally from there and everything else seemed to fit nicely where I wanted it.
I've cleaned the install up a little since this picture, but you get the idea.

Good luck!

Seduce, The black thing is a Fuel Pressure Safety Switch(FPSS). If your fuel pressure drops below a certain value(35psi) the nitrous system is shut off. This is done so you do not go lean and burn your pistons out.

I think both systems wet/dry are safe when you use it properly. Proper tune(air/fuel, timing), FPSS, window switch, fuel pump, fuel injectors(dry) etc.

I think he was actually referring to the black button on the box. Correct? If so, that is how you program the throttle position sensor inside the Zex box. Let me know if you need instructions for programming the unit.

Once you have everything connected, arm the system. The light on the box should be red. Press the button and the light should flash. Go in and hold down the pedal to the floor for ten seconds. Check the light on the box again and it should be green. That means it "learned" where your throttle position is at full throttle. Go back and turn the whole system off to store the info. It should be ready to go after that.

Cheers!

Not sure. I used Dave's LS1 Plate kit, so I used his jetting to get my 100 HP.

I mounted mine in the passenger side wheel well. Just take the wheel well out and rivet it in then run the line.
