Wiring questions (window switch)

Here is how I have my RPM switch wired.
There is a toggle switch for the spray. It has the power connected, the acc goes to the Harlan Window Switch, and the ground is grounded.
There Harlan Window Switch is grounded, the RPM wire is T'ed off the same wire that goes to my raptor shift light (green rpm wire).
The harlan power wire is hooked up to my ACC off the toggle switch. The external output wire is connected to my WOT switch. Basically, the toggle turns it on, when the correct RPM is reached, the external drive wire powers the wot switch.
For some reason, this is not working. I just installed the harlan and I can't get the car solenoids to activate. Is there any thing I am doing wrong?
