Default No tune with 75 shot, can it be done?

I have not tune on my car right now, if a put a 75 dry shot on it even with the colder plugs can it jack the motor up, is a tune absoulty nessary? i can see retarding the timing on like a 150 shot being clausable. but I would think you could get away with a 75 or less.

i had no problems when i ran a 75 shot. i would just go up to a dyno and get a couple A/F pulls done, just to make sure its where it needs to be.

Should be fine as long as you stock fuel system is working perfectly. Just make sure your not too close to the MAF wires & the position of the nozzle doesn't make it run lean.

as long as your fuel system is up to par and your A/F ratio's check out good, you should be fine without a tune

I found I needed to pull timing above 100, so tune wise I would feel safe spraying a 75.

The trouble I did have was with my 99 injectors being to small. They supported the 50 shot fine (11.5 AFR), the 75 shot was 13.5 on the AFR.

Take the time and put it on a dyno that has WB info and ensure its safe. Ensure your bottle pressure is were it needs to be as well during the testing.
