Hey man. GM MLS gaskets.

If you want the heads to stay on the car, get me the heads and Ill have Chris o-ring them for you to work with the MLS gaskets. I think its like 150-250 bucks to have it down. BUt you wont pop a gasket for sure. Then you could go run Mark in True street and bust his *** cause your car will stay together

I've tried them all and MLS would be my first choice with Cometics closely following. I've used the SCE stuff and even with sealer they are prone to problems.

V6Bird - have you guys run an MLS with an o-ring and had success?

Yes. Its very similar to what Ray uses for his 24 valve Dodge Cummins heads. Its basically a matter of how far you set them in the head.

BTW, this cummins head I speak of is 6G!!!!!!

But its the same head thats in use on the worlds fastest pro stock diesel they built the engine for. Its some pretty wicked ****.

The motor thats in the dyno section actually has stock size studs and Fel-Pro MLS gaskets. No O-ring Its making ~700 just on motor. The goal is to make 1000 on the engine dyno and crate it up. Just waiting on an alternator setup to try one more time to get enough voltage at the coil packs. If thats not it, I know hes gonna say F it and order the front mounted distributor setup.
