If you're installing an HSW bottle in the spare tire area are you stuck with having the pressure gauge pointing in the wrong direction (towards the passenger/antennae side of the car)? Can i unscrew the lil nut on the front port of the bottle and put that on the side port and install the pressure gauge on the front port?

 

Sounds like you are talking about the burst disk, if so, no, leave it. You can grab 1 female to male & 1 female to female NPT elbow and a short 1/8 NPT straight pipe at any hardware store and rig something up. Or use a swivel adapter on the bottle nut, but you won't get any readings unless the bottle valve is open.
