Sounds like you might have filled the cell up too much with fuel.

yeah mine was leaking out of the return tube but i put some sealent on it and it is fine for now so how long is the warranty for these incase it does become a problem down the road ?
guys my advice to you is to take the regulator off and put thread sealant on every pipe thread because they don't tighten up **** . but that is in the instructions and all the plugs too
so what i did is take the regulator off and do all the sealing hook all the wiring up and fill it with fuel BUT DO NOT INSTALL IT let it sit on the radiator support and hook it up to the fuel noid and turn it on and check for leaks , it is easy to get to all the fittings this way .
also be sure to order a 1/8 to -6 adapter for the fuel solenoid if your is a -4 fitting like mine

i think they were talking about the fittings directly on the tank that are loctited you have to put thread sealent on the pipe type fittings so you have to take the regulator off

Re-read the directions. Don't touch the two fittings that are installed in your fuel cell, they have thread sealant on them and you'll strip them out. You NEED to use thread sealant on all the other NPT fittings.

Try running it with out the cell cap in place for a minute. Still leaks? Only two ways it can be leaking from that spot, if it's overfilled or if the vent port on the cap is not operating correctly.

I used a 3/8 to an-4 adapter
