Default cost of nitrous in bulk

I have a refill station and fill my own bottles. The last tank of nitrous I purchased was 93$. I got about 60#s of nitrous out of it. When I went today to get my new tank it was $142 (tax included) for it. They are claiming it is 75#s worth of nitrous. For everybody who buys there N2O in bulk What is the price per tank? how many pounds out of it? and who do you get yours from? I use National Welders but might need to change when my bottle lease runs out.
Thanks

I've only ever seen a bottle that holds 56lbs and the total weight is somewhere around 183lbs. I get mine from Tri-Tech and the price has gotten better since I'm a regular customer. Every supplier I talk to has a different price so it's not gonna be much help with my cost unless you live in Fl.

EDIT:ps: called air gas, setting up account, 90.00 per year for lease on bottle and 98.00 refill

The bad thing is once your locked into a bottle lease they dick you on the price. when my lease runs out I will be shopping around and get a comittment of future NOS prices before I sign a bottle lease.

I was quoted $212 for a 56lb tank at praxair. Which at almost $4 a pound I'm not saving any money. The local shops charge $4 /LB to fill your bottle.

last refill was 148$ last fall, I got 65# out of last bottle. goathead Forget medical grade you have to have a perscription and a real medical reason. If your really insistant on huffing it scrub the sulfur out using sodium bicarbonate.
