Actual rwhp from nitrous Quick question... When you spray a 150, 200, or 250 shot how much "roughly" goes to the wheels? And roughly how much torque is gained? I'm getting the last of my mods and I'm trying to determine some numbers.

depends on alot of variables - the first being manufacturer..some list kit hp at the wheels, while some list at the flywheel. consult the manufacturers u r considering. they can give you a close estimate.
then there is type of dyno used....other mods...tune....condition of ignition system...bottle warmer....yada..yada... u get the point.

Yeah, thanks. I was hoping for before and after dyno numbers with an nx wet kit. Im looking for best, and worst case scenarios. I'm trying to see if my tranny needs to be modded some more without finding out the hard way again.
well with an nx wet kit when i was lid only i used a 150 shot and picked up exactly 150 rwhp. after i did cam i richened it up and took out some timing and it dropped down in the 13x rwhp gain so i'd say nx is rated at the wheels.
I have the Nitrous Dave's 90mm wet kit
with the 100 nitrous jet (and 150hp fuel jet) running 11:1 A/F
gained 107rwhp and 235rwtq (full bottle)
I hit 395 rwhp (N/A)
385 rwtq
and 502 rwhp (on the bottle)
620 rwtq
one run after the other (nitrous)
ran it again (without warming the bottle back up)
lost 1hp and like 30tq (only about 2 min between runs)
with the 100 nitrous jet (and 150hp fuel jet) running 11:1 A/F
gained 107rwhp and 235rwtq (full bottle)

Thanks for the info everyone. Based on that Im guessing I should be in the 630-660 range and my tranny is rated to 650rwhp. If I dont spray through the shifts I'll be cool. I'm leaning towards 630hp because I'm going with a conservative tune.

My NOS plate system seemed to be rated at the wheels.100 shot made 98 more hp and 200 tq and 150 made a 147 more hp and 251 tq.This was a lil rich so i might have made the extra couple hp if we would have tuned it a lil.
