Hey guys. Just a FYI
We did not send instructions with the plate conversion. They will come with them in the future. We just need to get them together. So Im going to explain how to attach the throttle extention bracket here in this post. The rest is self explanatory.
1. The conversion will come with three small extention bracket pieces. These pieces have two holes in them. A counter sunk hole and a threaded hole. Using the counter sunk screws that come with the conversion bolt the bracket to the intake through the counter sunk hole. The extentions will be reaching towards the face of the car. Do not fully tighten.
2. Then take your factory Throttle cable bracket and bolt it to the extention brackets using your factory bolts. They will thread into the threaded hole in the extention bracket.
ATTENTION. You will need to grind your factory throttle cable bracket at the bottom for clearence reasons.
3. Fully tighten the counter sunk screws.
Another picture comming soon.
Let me know if you have any questions.
Thanks
Dave

I'm thinking of the advantages of this plate over twin nozzles. I have been spraying 150 shot, but plan on going to 200 shot in the next week or two. Are the plate conversions still availble? And at what price?

very nice set up!the main question i have now is,who has tested this plate and what was the outcome?
the reason i ask is not to offend anyone!
i just know that plate systems usually hit harder than nozzles and if traction has now become an issue.
i am quite interrested in this plate

Our LT1 plates were tested over three years ago. I do not have all that Data any longer. I did have customers switch from a nozzle to the plate and swore by the performance of the plate..The design and match has not changed. The only thing that changed is that we made the new ones skinner than the old ones for better fitment.. Ohh and we are actually advertising them.lol
Ill let all the customers reactions that have this plate now speak for itself... This is the best nitrous system on the market today for the LT1 crowd....

I am dropping a link to our 58mm hardline system. http://www.nitrousoutlet.com/gm-93-9...te-system.html
When it comes to using nitrous it has to be done under consistent conditions. your bottle pressure must be right, you must have the proper tuning for the nitrous system. We recommend using an aftermarket fuel pump when it comes to using nitrous so that the demand of the fuel solenoid of the nitrous system does not cause a lean condition from pulling fuel off of the fuel rail which can cause serious damage. Our system with the proper accessories such as a purge kit, bottle heater, window switch to activate the system will perform amazingly. If you have all these accessories and a proper fuel pump and a person who knows how to tune nitrous cars you will not have an issue.
