I have a NOS wet kit using a 63n and 36f with my a/f around 12.0-12.5 with 950 psi. The car made 392 NA and 499 on the 150 shot, but it did pick up 150 lbs of tq. Any ideas why it wouldnt pick up 150ish to the ground? The lines were purged and the bottle heater was on. Could it be the fogger nozzle is a peice of dooky?

Its rated as flywheel hp. Depending on a/f ratio and application it can pick up more then thier rated, do you have an auto? Maybe the hp rating is at 1000psi who knows. 107rwhp sounds normal.

Do you know the jet sizes?

I just checked with the parts in my kit, and the hose that runs from the bottle to the solenoid is 4AN but the one from the noid to the nozzle is 3AN. Could that do it? And the nozzle is a soft plume nozzle.

I haven't worked with the LSX engines a lot but 22.5* total timing seems low for 150HP. We recommend 1-2* retard for every 50HP. 150HP = 3-6* retard.
I usually run a carb'd SBC at 30-32* total with 150HP.

Nah 22.5 is good... Most of these engines don't like more than 26.5deg@tq peak moving up to 28.5-29. Many will take more timing after tq peak than that, but the numbers on the dyno aren't really moving up at that point.

I changed my nozzle to a dynotune nozzle, put in some 175 rwhp jets, and Im using the big solenoid from dynotune and I really dont feel a difference from the previous set-up... could there be somthing else keeping it from making more power? Im using a 67n and 38f jet with bottle pressure around 1000. With the pressure around 900-950 I get no KR, but I noticed that with the pressure up to 1000 Im pulling a little KR if I spray it down in 2nd but not when in 3rd or 4th, but Im only pulling 5 degrees out of 28 degrees of total advance.
