How much can soft plume nozzle flow?

How much can soft plume nozzle flow? I need to know how much the NOS soft plume nozzle can flow (usally comes in the 4 and 6cyl kits)? Also, I have a 4AN line from the bottle to the solenoid and a 3AN line from the solenoid to the nozzle will the 3AN restrict me with a 150 rwhp shot?

the -3AN line will not be the restriction. the nozzle will
