Would my duty cycle being over 80% cause the leaning?

I do not think so.

Again IDC is pretty much a Dry issue, and has nothing to do with wet. I agree with Robert, pump is likely the issue.

My duty cycle was 106% and it kept up with a small Dry shot...

Here is what it looks like when the injectors cannot keep up with a Dry shot.

Here is a 150 plate (wet shot)
Same car but wet vice the dry shots shown above.

Thanks for the graphs. It puts things into perspective a little better. Looks like I'll be ordering a fuel pump. Should I upgrade the injectors too? I know for a dry shot I should, but would it be overkill for some 42#ers?

I agree pump could have a little problem with it but i had a racetronix kit and hotwire kit and mine did the same thing and tunning and rejetting fixed the problem . I believe a standalone system would solve the whole thing without aggresive tunning in certain rpm bands! Just my .02$

Sorry I meant to say dry hit is only concerned with DC. Unless your running out of injector n/a, no worry with a wet hit.

Sure would/could, and you can wire it to come on only while spraying. It does look like a supply issue, because it finally catches up so bigger jet is not needed. What about your fuel filter, a new one?

Another question, I remembered that I de-screened my MAF, could/would that cause me to run lean? Just trying to throw out all the things I think might have even a slight chance of causing the problem.

I would put a fuel pressure guage on it and see what you got, also pull the fuel solenoid apart and look at the seal surface. It shouldnt be domed, only have a ring or depression where it contacts the noid orphace. Otherwise it should be nice and flat.
