i used to have the problem on my old kit.... my fuel feed line was too long (i think) i went with a new line and never had a problem ever again.

still having the same problems guys, will anything but a dyno tune help diagnose?

I guess you have tried everything mentioned? Have you tried taking both noids off and then wire them directly to the battery at the same time to open them? See if one takes longer to open than the other? Maybe you have a bad noid?? Don't know man good luck!
