nitrous help
i have a 1998 ta ws6 with ls6 conversion / ktech rod bolts/ pace setter headers and stock cans. with a vince hi per tuner.
what type off shot can a motor handel with a power ring and or with a directport system does it matter can i go big like a 200 shot progressive
the reason im asking is so i dont blow any thing i see a lot off people can spray 200 direct port but will the valve train hold up to this abuse i do not want to change any thing in the valvetrain due to im going with a bigger motor next year and do not want to waist money on a small biuld so id prefer keeping all the valve train parts in the block tell then let me know the proper shot

your limiting factor right now will have little to do with the hard parts of your motor and everything to do with your fuel system.
Youll be limited to around 500 rwhp as you currently sit. So if your making 350 rwhp you really only have room for a 150 shot or so. I would say do a 100-125 shot until your comfortable with the setup. Be sure to test the system on a dyno with a wideband checking Af ratios.
You could go dry or you could go with a regular single nozzle wet...or with a plate setup like Nitro Dave and Harris have.
Forget about a 200 shot for now. Operate a basic setup at a moderate HP level for a little while. get yourself very aquainted with nitrous and how it works. Then you will have enough knowledge to make the changes necessary to run your 200 shot.
I know it SEEMS like going from a 125 to a 200 isnt that big a deal...but trust me..anyone can run a 125...but it takes a FULL UNDERSTANDING of nitrous and engine principles to run stuff 200 and over.
keep reading here and ask a ton of question.
