Default Couple of questions

Ok, I've done some searching around and I'm in the market for a wet kit. been looking at the HSW dual nozzle sudden impact i believe. My first question is when running a dual nozzle setup....if you were to run a 50hp pill would that mean combined you are actually running a 100 shot???? I'm sorry to sound nieve I have searched and could not find a direct answer for this. Also with intentions to run around a 75-100 shot initially what combination of say 93oct to 103 or c16 would I want to use when going to the track. Is there a good ratio to use say 3 gallons of 93 to 1.5 of c16 to create a good mixture or am i looking way to far into this. I will prolly run the stock fuel system for a couple runs....prolly 50 or 75 shots at most starting out...and then I will be grabbing a pump a lil later on. Also with reference to the fjo controller you can purchase will it be alot better on the motor initiating the shot progressively? Or should i just run the kit at full hit at WOT?? thank you very much.

Seth

the 1st question i dont know the answer

for a 100 shot pump gas is fine to use

whats good about the progressive shot is if you say have trackion problems you can add lil by little and still hook up, but for a 100 shot i dont think its needed

Nbody knows the answer to the dual nozzle question???? come on guys is that really that stupid of a question..???? 1 nozzle on a 100shot is a 100sht if you havea dual nozzle setup like the hsw dual nozzle kit does that mean that you would actually be spraying a 200 shot even with 100 shot pills becuase there is 2 nozzles????? someone has got to know this!

yes, you would add the jetting for each nozzle to reach the total you are wanting to spray

example: jetting for 50hp in each nozzle will be ~100hp total

Are you running the stock timing? If you are no need for the higher octane fuel. If you advance it then you can run a higher octane fuel instead of pulling timing, but you'll be doing some experimenting to get the mix correct. Jetting on the dual nozzle would be by adding both nozzles together, so running a 25 shot in both nozzles would equal a 50 shot total, 200 total shot would be a 100 shot in both nozzles and so on. Running a progressive controller on a 100 shot is a bit overkill IMO.

Matt thanks alot. I was just throwing some stuff out there, i have lurked in the nitrous section for a while now but am still very new to the idea and ways to do it safely. I am prollly lookingto go with your dual nozzle sudden impact kit very soon. So i just figured id see what i should do about fuel if anything.....i will be running stock timing as being i wont be advancing or retarding it.
