Default Pics of the new 2 stage SX2 kit on a sheetmedal intake

This is the setup that ran 6.36@109 in the 1/8 on motor.(This is setup for the bottle,so I was very impressed) I plan on spraying 300 on each stage. I should be on the dyno sometime this week or next. I won't be spraying both stages on the dyno but I will spray each stage apart from each other. Hopefully the car will run a 5.4 on one stage and a 5.1x with both kits on. Thanks to RPM for redoing my leaking fogger lines. Keith did a great job

Does anyone have the fomula for return jets on a fogger.

looks good I was looking at the same kit. What do you mean by return jets? I am confused.

Also do you have any kind of a ram air setup on the car or do you run just an open throttle body? If you do can I see some pics please?

Just an open 105MM
The return jets so it doesn't dead head up against the solinoid. Usually the reg drops to much pressure and causes a lean spike. If you put a return right before each solinoid the pressure doesn't drop and no spike. You use a return jet to restrict how much flow returns. There is a formula to figure out what size jet for what setup.

I get it now thanks. Just one more question. When you run the return from the front of the solinoid were does it go? Back on the pressure side before the regulator? Or just return to the fuel cell?

Red alert

It was 1000 dollars and well worth it. Haven't needed it yet but I am sure I will. I put this same system on another car I drive with a carb style intake with a plate and it works really well. The reason we bought it was because we were taking plugs out with a single nozzle setup. When we put it on we found out why. The distribution was way off until we put the plate on it. I just don't feel like I can spray a 600 shot without it. I have it wired to kill the nitrous if it gets to hot. At this point it is a guess because we havn't gotten to the point of taken a plug out on this setup. The other car would take a plug out at 1350 degrees.

As far as the return style system, every outlaw 10.5 car spraying nitrous has it this way. It is very common.

Badass!

Very interested to see what it runs on both hits.

That's the returns in this pic right before those noids? What parts would you need to set that up?

That SpeedTech plate is getting alot of attention and the Wilson Manifold plate is nice also. NX has a plate that will spray a bajilion shot.

My roommate has the 2 stage Wilson kit with the coffee can solinoids. He hasn't fired it off yet though. We were spraying 100% of 300 right out of the hole. I don't know if you need a controller or not. I am going to try and have all of mine on before the 60ft.
