I have a pewter 99 T/A with polished and ported heads, TCI 3000 stall, huge cam(not sure the size), New rods, new springs, thick plug wires, LS6 intake, SLP smooth air bellow w/ SLP lid, Pacesetter LT, and a mufflex 4" exhaust. We are putting a 100 shot on monday and taking the car to the track friday the 18th. we are also having mickey thompson street slicks on the back. Do you think it is possible to do a wheelie and roughly what kind of time do you think that I would get in the 1/4?

To the OP, wet or dry shot? I'll bet if you dont get any wheel hop you might yank a wheel. Skinnies in front would help a bit. Is the car stock weight?

... lots of **** talkin' goin' on these days ... LOL!!!
If mine will pull 'em, yours should too with a 100 wet shot off the line ... so long as you keep the front sway bar off and take some weight off the front ... skinnies and a DynaBatt wouldn't hurt to assist. You might lose your tranny if you're stock 4L60E and do a lot of hole shotting on spray, though. Never have understood why folks spray out of the hole unless you have, like 315's, on the back corners.
