How much faster will I go with a 100 shot?

How much faster will I go with a 100 shot? Ok I am going back to retune my car. I haven't gottin retuned since the LS6 intake, stall convertor, and gear swap put in.
I did some adjusting to the shift points. But I really didn't do much tuning to it.
So since I am going to get a retune I want to put a 100 shot on the car.
My setup currently is stock cam, stock heads, longtube headers, LS6 intake, 3400 vig, and 3.42 gears with ET Streets. and it runs 12.4/12.5 consistanly with 1.70 60 fts every pass
What do you guys think I will run with a 100 shot??
