Unless you've done business with BOTH of them, you post has no merit except to nut swing. I personally have done business with both vendors and both have excellent customer service. I love how you pointed out how Nitro Dave's has helped you out, but I hate to throw the cold water of reality in your face, that's part of his job as a business owner. Thats what either makes or breaks a company. Without us as a customer, he will not be in business long. Both sponsors are GREAT companies to deal with and they both will continue to get my business......

I just love how this thread started out as a question about a plate system that quickly turned into a pissing contest followed by a nut swinging party.

As stated before, both are GREAT companies......

 

I DID not say the other company does not have good service... did I ? I simply told how great Nitrous Outlet has been. If... I had said Nitrous Outlet has better service than the others than i would understand what you just said. I was simply talking good about the business i have done business with and in no way was saying the others were bad.

Like i said, Everything good i said was with the people I have dealt with and there was no talk of the others having bad service because im shure they dont. You got that right, their birthdays are like the same day. I have been on the recieving end of Dave's spin tactics many times, nothing personal Dave, just telling it like it is, like you stated you do.

I do have some opinions on the plates, and can back it up with actual technical prowess. One vendor will like this input and the other plate vendors will not. Will post it later, as I need to finish reading the Nitrous Spin Zone.

Well you just haven't been around enough. The lead slam post was talking about anothers plate and he new, as well as the rest of us, who's plate was refered to.

Furthermore, there is only one vendor who has had this same use of tatics against all the other nitrous vendors over the last few years.

I have said I will not argue in this thread any longer however I am going to post this in defence of my self.

Nitrous Outlet has been the leader in supplying Nitrous Tech, Customer Service and products here on LS1 tech way before any of the current Nitrous Venders were ever even here. In this course of time we have had people try to come in and knock us down many times. I am not the type to take a sucker punch and not punch back. To some this may come across pretty strong but that is just how I am.. I will not appologize for that.

I have not had problems with every vendor here on this board.

Lets talk about the ones I have..

1. Cold fusion Nitrous. Mike came here on the board after we turned him down on carrying his products. He sighned up a fake user name to bash us and then forgot to log out of it while placing a sale for cold fusion. He was pretty much ran off the board.

2. Nitrous Direct. Nitrous Direct was one guy that was a cold fusion dealer that I believed worked out of his house. He was sent on here as a recover for Mike at cold fusion. He came in here swinging and could not get along with anyone . Not us, Not Harris, Not Dynotune. But yet you still joined there crew of interesting buisness tactics for exchange of alittle cash. Nitrous Direct is no longer a vendor here as well.....

3. Harris, Came on here before Nitrous Direct. They were also a cold fusion dealer. We butted heads a few times but nothing serious. For the most part we were able to talk back and forth and remain professional.
Harris eventually started offering there own products. During the course they must have really liked some of our ideas and the way we did things. They seem to feed off our ideas where we advertise and some of the products we offered. Through out the course of of them constintly feeding off our ideas I eventually took it personal and let loose with what I had to say...
Myabe I should have just kept taken the punches.. I dont know I wasnt raised to be a sissy. So thats not my style.


4. TNT, Back in the day TNT had a guy working for them buy the name of Tony. He was a member here on the Board as TONYTNT if I remember currectly. He was a great guy. He taleked us into becomeing a vendor for there products. However he eventually left TNT. Then the management fliped there as well and things changed there and we eventually droped that line due to never getting products on time and horrible customer service. Which lead to hard feelings. We also made a part that they did not offer which turned out to be patented by them so we had to stop making it. After droping there line we did get into arguements over technical stuff like jetting etc. But I was not the only one argueing with them.

Thats only 3 Vendors out of god knows how many.. And out of 3 of these vendors they were messing with me not me messing with them. The other was just a buisness transaction that was not ment to be. And they were not Vendors at the time....


This leaves Dyno Tune,
I cant remember ever having any issues with Dean and Dan. I am sure that we have disagreed on products or something at some point of time. However we talk on a frequent basis just to check on each other and try to never step on each other in the course of buisness being buisness. Dyno Tune is here to give us competetion just like the others. However they concentrate on doing there own thing and not coping what we do. We return the same favor..

I have never had a issue with any of the other 200 or so sponsors on this board. We seem to talk to many of them on a frequent bases. I have never had a arguement with any member of this board.

I am not perfect. I am human just like everyone else on this board. I have posted things that I should have just kept to my self. Some of my post come across pretty strong due to me taking my job serious and personal. I will say though that anyone that knows me knows I never lie. Even if it descriminates myself. I have a good reputation for being honest and truthful. I was raised to be that way......

I do not mean this as apersonal jab at you even thoug you seem to be taking them at me right now.

However I still have all the Pms saved of you asking me to pay you to post here on the boards pushing our products and buisness before going to work for Nitrous Direct during working for Nitrous Direct and After going to Nitrous Direct. The first time I explained to you I would rather not do buisness that way you went to work for Nitrous Direct. Then told me you would rather be making post in my favor to give me another chance. I declined again of course. Then after you and Nitrous Direct had a falling out you hit me up again and when I declined you put a Harris banner in your sig and started comming at me pretty hard ever chance you got. ( I see its gone now so you must be under cover )

Its no secrete that I do not care for you. I do not care for your type. Your loyalty lies in the hand feeding you at the time. Its a shame to because your knowledge over the last two years has came along way. I do believe you are a good contributer to LS1tech. Its just that you have no loyalty and are easy pursuaded by material gains...

In that case will you please be my friend.

I am sure that this thread will continue to bash me from the few people that have personal gain from it. And the guys that favor the guys bashing me. That is fine.

Our awesome products, great customer service, and reputation speaks for its self..

So for you bashers carry on. I have to get back to work. Our 5 phone lines are ringing and we have to help your customers with technical advice...

This thread is getting out of control. It seems like no matter when there's drama in the nitrous forum, nitrous outlet is always at the center of it. You took a low blow at us in the first post and I replied. You then brought it to a personal level. Now after all said and done you throw in #3. I've asked you a million times, if I copied your plate show me! You say you had some hidden 360 pattern somewhere but nobody ever saw it...well guess what that includes me. If anyone can have a legitimate claim here its the person that first popped a LSx plate and that most certainly isn't you. I'm done and thanks for the laughs.

 

well....no kidding!! they arent Nitrous venders so theres no threat to you Dave. Whenever theres a dispute or discussion about products here in the Nitrous forum you seem to find yourself right smack dab in the middle of it. HSW has only had issues with 2 Nitrous Venders...one is no longer here and you. so your ahead on the "conflict between vender list" on that one.
HSW's plate wasnt even a choice on the poll yet you take it upon yourself to bring it up in your very first post and try to bash it. seein as though HSW's plate is currently the only LSx plate with a 360* spray pattern its obvious who threw the first stone.

Post number 16 was a responce to post number 13.

It read.....

We actually designed a 360 degree discharge during the design and R&D process of building our plates. There was absulutley no bennifit to adding anymore discharge ports than our plates currently offer. However it does add a ohh factor in the fact it creates a cool looking circular pattern. But who really is going to see that with it on the car.

The down fall we seen was in order to offer the 360 degree pattern we would have to use a two piece design. The two piece design have a tendency to leak over time.

So instead we decided to build the plate with 6 fuel and 6 nitrous discharges to break it up the best way possible. We decided to make the plate one piece billit to illiminate any potential problems. Our plate can flow over 400 hp!!! We also offer them in a dual stage design!!!! Looks sexy and fits great!!!!


In that post I was talking about the research we did to determain if there was any gain other than the ohh factor of a 360 degree discharge versus the current design we eneded up with.

Not once did I ever Say anything about Harris.

Then Nick came in taking a personal jabs. I just gave him alittle one back and all hell broke loose.


For the Record.. Forget about the spray pattern. Who was the first company to realease a EFI plate with O-ring seal, more than one discharge, and could adapt solenoids to it..... Let me answer that for you. Nitrous Outlet. Thats right you cant argue that.

Who was the first company to build a dedicated fuel system that was self contained using a intank pump and return style regulater... Thats right Nitrous Outlet.

Who was the first company to start building and selling Custom Solenoid Brackets.. Thats right Nitrous Outlet...
