my heater psi switch is spraying nitrous i got my bottle filled today and when i put the hose w/ the manifold / heater switch onto the bottle and opened my bottle ice started spraying out of the adjustment screw on the pressure switch...
what in the world is wrong with it... its basically new too, 2-3 weeks old at most...

if its really coming out the adjustment screw...its shot. Its leaking internally. See if you can return it.
Just be sure its not coming out the threads..sometimes when that stuff is coming out...its hard to tell exactly where its coming from.

been there-don that....sure your supplier should replace it, if not switch is about 45.00 from most sponsors on board, if you need to run before replacing bypass the switch and start and stop with your off-on switch >>But be sure and watch your pressure guage or you will blow your bottle disc<<<be very carefull

well the thought of opening the bottle and having a leak always scares me so i open it REAL slow at first so i can see my nitrous line... fill up and move kinda, well i had BARELY cracked it open and i heard SHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHh im telling you i jumped so far. haha. then i looked and basically it was spraying frost out of the adjustment screw and it was building up into a little ball right there too. i shut off my bottle and it must be a small leak because it continued to hiss and spray for like 30 seconds (emptying the line i guess) so... yea its a HSW switch, im gonna get in touch with them, but in the meantime yea... watching the psi closely with it on...
