Default Max Spray with 112 LSA Camshaft?

What's the max nitrous you can spray with 112 LSA camshaft.

I was told 200HP shot but can anyone explain why not spray more than 200HP shot of nitrous with 112 LSA camshaft.

The 112LSA is irrevelant to the size shot it can take. What you need to know is the cams overall valve events. Cam LSA alone means nothing.

Whoever told you that is very badly misinformed and you shouldnt take any advice from them again, well at least I wouldnt.

Why are nitrous cams of 114 and higher LSA.

Was looking at some of the big cams like G5X4, T-rex, MS4 and vindicator on 112 LSA. How much max spray can you use with these camshafts.

Well if you have a stock bottom end, your cam selection is irrelevant.

The wider LSA just makes more of the given shot. Just up the jets.

Stock ring lands seem to hold up well to shots up to 150hp. Meaning potentially hundreds of bottles.

Beyond 150hp shots the ring lands on the pistons begin to fail and your motor goes bye bye even with a safe tune. They were not designed to take the higher nitrous shots.

Most engine builders will tell you that under a 200hp shot of nitrous it really doesn't matter what cam you are running. They all respond well to it; however cams like a 233/239 on a 112LSA will respond better to nitrous than a 224/224 on a 114LSA. The bigger split helps to get out the additional spent exhaust produced with nitrous.

So would a 232/234 on a 112 be better than a 224/224?

The idea is that a traditional split with some advance plus wider LSA all are beneficial to spray.
