Default Tired of the rough idle in traffic...

I see that zex makes a spark plug, well two actually, that might be better then the tr-6's.
One of them has a heat range between our factory stock plugs and the tr-6's, and the other is between the tr-6 and tr-7.
has anyone here used them?

i doubt your getting a rough idle from your spark plugs. unless the plugs are garbage then they wouldnt do that. something in a tune maybe?

The TR6s should be fine. However if you want to try the ZEX plugs we have them instock collecting dust. Ill make you a good deal on them.

hmm, how old are those plugs?
the only time i have had a bad idle with them was on my truck around 40,000 miles, and once in b-mans car when i melted a plug.
sounds to me your plugs maybe gone, or tune is off

No, plugs are in good shape.
But compared to the stock plugs, they just don.t idle as well, and I mean theres a noticible diference.
So Dave, which set would be best?
The 82071's or the 82070's?

my TR6's idle really nice for about 150 miles then start to go downhill from there... although my tune is crazy rich thanks to the damn weather out here... just need to retune the stupid thing again.

this is weird, ive ran tr6's in 3 different cars for thousands of miles and never had a problem with idle.
