Default a/f ratio question.....

i got my car up on the dyno last night. Before the 100 shot dry the car made 322rwhp. with the 100 shot it made 355rwhp. the a/f ratio was almost 16:1 at one time. i no thats not good at all and it should be around 10:1 or 11:1. I tried a search and i couldnt find anything but i was wonderiing if where i have my nozzle located can effect the air to fuel ratio. If it does i want to know wheres a good spot to put it. I have a 02 camaro w/ the slp lid. Pictures would be highly appreciated. thank you

Yes, it most definately will. If its too far from the MAF, you will get a lean spike at the start of the hit, and the sustained a/f will also be leaner. The best place to put your nozzle is in the neck of the lid, about 3-4 inches away, pointing directly toward the MAF, using some 90* nozzles.

heres a pic of my dual stage, the single nozzle in the neck closest to the maf has the best results as a/f for me, anywhere from 11.0-11.8 depending on bottle pressure and what shot i spray at the time, if it goes to fat i just jet the front kit up to bring the a/f in line to where i want it to be.

is it a stright shooter? or does it spray at an angle. eather way a 90* in the neck would be better, but dual nozzles in the neck would be even better
