Dynotune TPS help

Dynotune TPS help I have my dynotune TPS connected and I'm trying to adjust the WOT screw on it and I can't get the LED to light up at all.
I plugged the brown wired to the dark blue wire on the throttle body, which was on the lower sensor, looks like the TPS. Above it on the IAC motor are light blue wires.
When I start the car the LED flashes for a second but then she wont light up at all. I've turned the screw a few times, clockwise and counter clockwise and nothing is happening.
I really need to get this to work because I have a dynotune for saturday morning
