LS2 Timing Tuner???????????

Does anyone know if someone makes a timing tuner for the Ls2's with the 58 tooth crank reluctor wheel?????? Just wondering if anyone makes one. Any help would be great.

MSD has a timing twister for the LS2

Part# MSD-86251 $271.40

this is the only thing I know of at the moment that will work with the LS2
